Upper Blepharoplasty
An upper blepharoplasty improves the hooding of the upper eyelid by removing skin and fat from the eyelid. Excess skin and fat in the upper eyelid can be caused by aging. However, genetics also play a role, which is why people of all ages can be good candidates for an upper bleph.
Lower Blepharoplasty
A lower blepharoplasty, also known as lower eyelid surgery, improves the fullness of the lower eyelid bags, and crepeness of lower eyelid skin. Fat grafting can also be added to the tear trough.
