Front of House Coordinator

The Front of House Coordinator is more than a front desk job — it’s a high-impact, patient-facing role that sets the tone for the entire practice experience. You will be responsible for managing the daily flow of patients and ensuring a seamless, elevated experience across every interaction, anchoring our commitment to warmth, hospitality, and clinical excellence.

Whether it’s greeting patients by name, guiding them through check-in and treatment scheduling, or answering questions about services and skincare — you’ll be a trusted, knowledgeable resource patients can rely on.

You’ll be joining a brand-new Amelia location in Tampa Bay, where you’ll play a meaningful role in building something from the ground up. This is a full-time, in-office position at the Amelia Aesthetics Tampa Bay location:
