A $100 refundable deposit is required to reserve your consultation. If you book surgery, the deposit will be applied toward your procedure. If you attend your consultation and choose not to book, it will be refunded. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit, and a new $100 deposit will be required to reschedule.
