Your dedicated Patient Care Coordinator is there to guide you through your options and provide specific details regarding rates and promotional periods to find the best path for you. Because each location’s offerings are unique, they will be the best resource for all things financing.
Please note that any financing agreement is a direct contract between you, the borrower, and the loan provider. The application process is conducted through your loan provider and may vary based on the financing option you choose. Your Patient Care Coordinator will give you step-by-step instructions on how and where to apply during your consultation.
It’s typically recommended to apply a few months before your surgery date to ensure ample time for the approval process. You may also choose to get pre-approved for financing through Alphaeon Credit, CareCredit, or Cherry.
Payment for your surgery is typically due at your pre-op appointment or call, which usually takes place approximately two weeks before your scheduled surgery date. You are welcome to pay credit card/cash installments or the entire amount anytime before your surgery date. Please note that some creditors may only allow you to pay within 30 days of your surgery date.
