Patient Care Coordinator

At Amelia, the Patient Care Coordinator is so much more than an administrative role.

You’ll be a trusted guide, advocate, and partner to patients as they navigate their surgical journey, from the excitement of their very first consultation through surgery, recovery, and beyond. You’ll help patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their decisions while creating an exceptional patient experience at every step.

Our ideal candidate is mature, emotionally intelligent, and has experience in customer service or sales - someone who truly loves people and thrives on making others feel seen, supported, and confident. Whether it’s walking patients through surgical options or celebrating their post-op milestones, you’ll be their trusted partner every step of the way.

You’ll join our established, surgeon-owned Amelia practice in St. Louis, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on both the patient experience and the continued growth of the practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine relationship-building, sales, and meaningful patient care.

Position Details & Benefits

This is a full-time, in-office position at Amelia Aesthetics St. Louis.

• $55,000-$70,000 annual salary
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
