Book ConsultationA note from Lea
I have been practicing as a Physician Associate since 2017, with a focus on functional medicine, hormone health, longevity, and regenerative aesthetics.
My goal as your provider is simple: help you feel your best, understand your health, and be proactive about living a longer, healthier, more vibrant life. I look beyond symptoms and individual lab values to see the bigger picture, with a particular interest in hormone health, fertility optimization, longevity, and regenerative aesthetics — because feeling good in your skin is part of overall well-being. I love getting to know my patients beyond a list of symptoms or lab results, so they feel heard, supported, and confident at every stage of life.
Outside of Amelia Health, I love spending time with my husband, Cooper, our two boys, Salters and Campbell, and our Springer Spaniels, Dudley and Libby — traveling, trying new restaurants, and visiting family. That same genuine care and connection is what I bring into my practice of medicine.

professional background
Lea has built her career around one belief. Feeling "fine" isn't the same as feeling well, and a normal lab range shouldn't be the end of the conversation. Fatigue, weight that won't budge, low energy, and a body that doesn't bounce back the way it used to often get written off as stress, age, or just life. Lea treats them as signals worth investigating instead.
That belief is exactly what brought her to Amelia Health. She doesn't guess her way to a treatment plan. She tests, she listens, and looks at the whole person rather than just the symptom. For Lea, practicing medicine well means taking patients seriously, staying curious instead of settling for easy explanations, and building every plan around what you're actually trying to achieve, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
