Book ConsultationA note from Megan
Throughout my 20 years of caring for patients, I've learned that good health is so much more than preventing disease.
It's about having the energy to do the things you love, feel confident in your body, and be able to fully participate in the life you want to live. Taking care of yourself can be hard. Life happens, priorities shift, and it's easy to put your own health on the back burner; I've been there myself. Getting back on track can be overwhelming. I don't believe there is one right path to feeling your best. What works for some doesn't work for others. One of the things I enjoy most about being a provider is getting to know my patients as people. I want to know who you are as a person, what your goals are, what works for you, and what doesn't. My role is to listen and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic and manageable. I want my patients to feel supported. My goal is to help you live your life in a way that feels meaningful for you.

professional background
Megan has spent over 20 years working in critical care. Starting first as a patient care tech, then as a registered nurse and for the last ten years as a critical care nurse practitioner. That experience shaped the belief that drives everything she does now. It's far easier to maintain health than it is to rebuild it once disease has already taken hold.
That belief is what brought her to Amelia Health. With more than 20 years across critical care and primary care, Megan brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to helping you understand your health and make informed decisions today that shape your health tomorrow. Feeling your best isn't about a single lab result or a number on the scale. It's about understanding the whole picture and helping you feel stronger, healthier, more energized, and more confident in your body, not just today, but for years to come.
