Part Time Medical Aesthetician (Opportunity to Grow to Full-Time)

We are a busy plastic surgery practice seeking a motivated, patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their own patient volume, educate patients, and grow within a high-performing, established practice.

What You’ll Do

• Perform custom facials (Glo2facial), SkinPen microneedling, CO2Lift Masks and chemical peels
• Provide chemical peels with preference for experience using VI Peel and BioRePeel
• Educate patients and create personalized, results-driven treatment plans
• Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare, including Revision, Colorescience, Hydrinity, and Vivant
• Build strong patient relationships that drive retention and rebooking
• Actively create and post educational social media content focused on treatments, skincare, and patient education
• Collaborate with clinical and surgical teams to deliver a seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Medical Aesthetician
• Comfortable with engaging on social media
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Professional, patient-centered, and detail-oriented
• Motivated to grow personal patient volume and long-term success

Schedule & Compensation

• Start part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time as schedule fills
• Bonus structure tied to performance and patient growth with full-time schedule

• Compensation $26–$28 per hour, based on experience.
