Amelia Aesthetics San Antonio is growing and we’re opening our Operating Room in January 2026! We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate RN who is excited to be part of this next chapter and help shape the foundation of our surgical program.

This position requires a Registered Nurse to:
- Maintain current licenses and certifications to include state-specific Nursing license, BLS, and ACLS.
- Maintain professional competency through continuing education.
- Adhere to the standards and guidelines outlined by QUAD A.
- Possess phenomenal efficiency and attention to detail with a strong knowledge of operation procedures and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate daily surgical, temperature, and narcotic log books.
- Be compassionate and sensitive to the privacy of patients.
- Be knowledgeable of policies and procedures specific to the facility.
- Possess the ability to be a critical thinker and fast to act in emergencies.
- Support clinic flow by assigning staff to appointments and participating in consultations and pre-ops as needed
- Work directly with the Patient Care Coordinator to review upcoming clinic schedules and adjust staffing to ensure coverage is balanced and aligned with patient volume and provider needs.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of pre-op, post-op, and routine visit protocols to anticipate surgeon needs
- Must have experience across all stages of the surgical process: Pre-op, circulating, and recovery
- Provide real-time support to the clinical team and step in as needed to maintain an efficient and excellent patient experience
- Address patient complaints or concerns related to their experience
- Monitor the photo process to ensure there are no misses in uploading patient photos
- Assist with FMLA paperwork, chart prep, answering phones, Clinical Team email responsibilities, proper stocking, etc.
- Perform infection control activities to include observation of the surgical team during procedures, taking corrective actions as needed to maintain aseptic technique.
- Provide a surgically clean environment for patient care and ensure the sterility of supplies and instrumentation used during operative procedures.
- Have exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Feels comfortable starting IVs.
- Must be comfortable with both paper charting, EMR, and google sheets.

This is a full-time, in-office position at the Amelia Aesthetics San Antonio location:
