As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to support key initiatives across our surgical, medspa, and health businesses.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how a fast-growing, multi-location practice drives patient acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support both day-to-day execution and longer-term strategic initiatives.

Your Impact (Essential Duties)

  • Support marketing initiatives including events, promotions, and campaign execution
  • Assist with tracking and analyzing key performance metrics (leads, consults, conversions, revenue)
  • Help manage and update CRM pipelines (Pipedrive) to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-up
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in coordinating content, email campaigns, and patient communications
  • Support event planning and execution (in-practice events, partnerships, community outreach)
  • Help identify opportunities to improve patient experience, conversion, and retention
  • Take on special projects that support growth across surgery, medspa, and health

Your Background

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business operations in the aesthetics industry
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new systems (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
  • Strong  oral and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

  • This is an hourly position at a competitive rate
  • Seeking a candidate able to work at least 30 hours a week for much of the summer
