Dr. Jeremy Pyle
Dr. Jeremy Pyle is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Raleigh, North Carolina, and the CEO and founder of Amelia Aesthetics and Amelia HQ. He’s known for a patient-first approach to breast and body surgery that prioritizes trust, education, and thoughtful decision-making at every step.
I started my practice over a decade ago feeling certain that the greatest mark I could make in the world was with complex reconstruction. I now know the greatest, most joyful impact I can have is with cosmetic surgery. There’s a painful dissonance that develops when what we see in the mirror doesn’t match how we feel on the inside—cosmetic surgery can sometimes help shorten that distance and alleviate some of that discomfort. When I see a person smile or walk differently because of the way plastic surgery has made them feel... that’s the best part of my professional life. Dr. Pyle is board-certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgery and holds an active medical license in North Carolina. In addition to caring for patients, he serves as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, where he contributes to the education and mentorship of future physicians.
He has held leadership roles within the North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons, including President, Vice President, and Secretary, and has been involved in a wide range of committees focused on patient safety, physician education, and advancing the field.
Dr. Pyle is also an active member of leading organizations such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. He is frequently invited to speak at national and international meetings, sharing insights on patient safety, innovation in cosmetic surgery, and building a thoughtful, patient-centered practice.
Dr. Pyle earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, graduating as an Honor Graduate and member of Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, where he was selected as Chief Resident.
Before medical school, he received his Bachelor of Science in Premedicine from the University of Dayton, graduating magna cum laude as a Presidential Scholar. His training reflects a strong academic foundation paired with years of hands-on surgical experience.
Throughout his career, Dr. Pyle has been recognized for both clinical excellence and the way he cares for patients. He has been named a RealSelf Top 100 Influencer in Plastic Surgery and has received multiple patient-centered awards, including the Vitals Patients’ Choice Award and Compassionate Doctor Award.
His work extends beyond the operating room. Dr. Pyle has contributed to research, peer-reviewed publications, and medical textbooks, and has presented extensively on surgical outcomes, safety, and technique. At every stage of his career, Dr. Pyle has remained deeply committed to mentorship, education, and continuously raising the standard of care for his patients.
