Dr. Rafi Fredman is a board-certified plastic surgeon and CEO of Amelia Aesthetics in St. Charles, Missouri, where he focuses on helping patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their surgical journey. His approach is grounded in honest recommendations, thoughtful planning, and results that look natural.

Dr. Fredman is board-certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgery and holds an active medical license in Missouri. Throughout his career, he has remained actively involved in the plastic surgery community, including participation in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and advanced aesthetic training programs.
He was also one of the first surgeons in the United States to master and offer Presevé breast augmentation. Today, Dr. Fredman trains and certifies plastic surgeons around the country in this innovative and specialized procedure.
Dr. Fredman completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he trained across a wide range of procedures, including breast surgery and body contouring. His training emphasized both technical precision and patient-centered care, something that continues to define his practice today.
He earned his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, where he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston University, graduating with a degree in Human Physiology and earning Dean’s List honors.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Fredman has contributed to research and education within the field of plastic surgery. He has authored peer-reviewed publications and presented at national conferences on topics including fat grafting, breast reconstruction, and wound healing. His work reflects a continued commitment to improving both surgical outcomes and the overall patient experience.
